I have received an access card with an access code – how can I order photos?

If you have received an access card with a personal access code, click on “ACCESS CODE LOGIN” in the main menu, then enter the access code and click on “Open album”.

I have received an email with login details – how can I order photos?

If you have received an email with login details, click on the button in the email that takes you to the album. You will then be redirected to the “Customer Login” page. Enter your login details there, i.e. your email address and the password you received.

Can we order sibling photos together?

Yes! When using the access code login, click on “Have you received another access code?”. You can enter up to five access codes at the same time. This will unlock all available photos. You can then place a combined order and save on shipping costs.

Can the image crop be adjusted?

Yes. You have this option in the shopping cart. If you reduce the image crop, the selected area will be enlarged. Please pay attention to the stars, which indicate whether the photo resolution is sufficient for enlargement. You can also fit a photo so that no part of the subject is cropped.

Where can we see the status of our order, such as payment receipt, production, or shipping date?

The easiest way is to click on the link in your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in with your password and email address via “PASSWORD LOGIN” under “Customer Login”. You will then find the order details under “My Account”.

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends, among other things, on the selected payment method. Payments via PayPal and direct debit are processed immediately. Advance payments usually take 3–4 days longer. Delivery time also depends on the selected products. Production times can be found in the respective product information.

Will the logo (watermark) be removed from the image?

Of course! The grid and the embedded watermark are used solely to protect against illegal downloads.

What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?

We work exclusively with selected professional photo labs. These labs use high-quality materials from well-known suppliers to ensure uncompromising quality. Should an error nevertheless occur, we will of course take care of it.

I rarely order online – how can I order photos here?

Select a photo you like in an album and click on it. Then choose the product of your choice, enter the quantity, and click the “Add to cart” button. Once you have added all desired photos to the cart, click on “Cart” in the top right corner and follow the further instructions.

Watermark

The watermark on the photos serves purely as protection. When you order the photos, the watermark will be removed from the images—both for downloads and printed products.

Delivery Time

After payment has been received, the photos are shipped to your home without delay. Delivery time for most products is 2–3 business days. Digital downloads are available for immediate download.

The photos are produced by our specialized professional photo lab. We use only high-quality and durable materials.
